Between July and September (The 3rd Quarter), the United States economy contracted 0.3%. In the 2nd Quarter, the economy grew 2.8%, while in the 1st Quarter grew at 0.7%.
1- Up 0.7%
2- Up 2.8%
3- Down 0.3% (Why? Customer spending contracted by 3.1% in this quarter. 70% of the GDP is made up of people buying stuff. Prices were extremely high last quarter, gas topped $4.00/gal while food soared. My cereal went from $2.50 to $2.82 in two weeks. Weak dollar also helped make things more expensive.)
Palin Effigy Finally Down

It seems the reaction wasn’t favorable, the article mentioned a man driving a car with an effigy of Chad. Now I understand how one can be upset over this, but doing the same thing this man did is wrong and only makes it worse. Two wrongs don’t make a right.
Hm, if this were an Obama effigy, there would be a Massive uproar over it. Why the double standard may I ask? I have yet to see a news report on TV about this…..This is a wrong thing to do, no matter who the person is. Thank-fully is was brought down.
Hovering at $70

Due to the (in my opinion, dumb) move the Federal Reserve made, oil went up by almost $5 yesterday. Prices here have just went under $2/gallon here. It’s $1.96 at Wal-Mart to $2.01 at Shell. It was following the 30/40 rule quite well until now. When it was hovering around $60, it was $2, reflecting the 30 part of the rule. While it is still following it to a degree, if one uses the national average (Hovering around $2.55), it’s still gouging, though not as much as usual. Thankfully no one listened to OPEC cutting supplies.
At $70/barrel:
30- $2.33
35- $2.00
40- $1.75
Hopefully, this rate cut won’t have too much of an impact on the dollar. Cheaper oil will help and keeping it low will help immensely with consumers buying again. But it all ties back to speculators and the dollar. Keeping those two under control will help keep oil down.

Everyone (Except Neuro) is out investigating with “Cardboard” man in the woods. Of course, the New Bloodline is on their tail and they have done away with the police exort. Neuro (looking through Yako’s phone) warns them of the danger, Chiboy is about to strike! He tells Godai the trick behind Chiboy’s attacks. It’s a seed like capsule full of chemicals that change a body’s makeup. No chance of escape by car, for it’s surrounded by a ditch, so to hold him off Sasazuka shoots him with a gun. Chiboy counters by somehowing to stop them from moving. It doesn’t look good for them here. =(
159- Plants
Godai is seriously wounded, and as such, Neuro makes an enterance. Not literally, but he explains how Chiboy is manipulating the plants for his evil purposes. Suddenly, Yako shoots a couple of bullets towards two trees behind Chiboy. Clever Neuro, uses the trees as an escape for the car! As they drive down and out of the woods, Chiboy discovers where they’re located (Through the plants) and a gigantic tree lands upon the car…

Chapter 154- Witness

Chiboy has just killed the bar owners who tried to do him wrong. And to make it worse, he’s speaking like one of the bloodine members. He mentions Neuro’s name to Godai before fleeing the scene. Understandably, Godai goes to Neuro to understand why Chiboy knows him. Whilst being picked on for only having guys around, Neuro recieves a phone call from Sasazuka. Seems that someone recongized the face, and it has been shown that Tierra was part of the real-estate industry. So they have a lead at least. Meanwhile, Godai attempts an attack on Neuro, but like Yako just fails horribly. Only it seems more so, for he’s out the window and on the street half broken. Ha! Neuro explains the details to Godai and give him an assignment. Chiboy is at an hotel, on the roof preparing for an attack. Turns out, Godai and Sasazuka have both been giving assignments to check out…..
Chapter 155- Assassin

A guest with the same room number for both of them. And it is the cardboard man! Apparently he’s out of a home after the river flooded the city, and so he has taken up residence at a posh hotel. Sasazuka quizzes him about his connections to Tierra, the room service man comes by with service. But, it is really Chiboy! *Gasp!* I guess Chiboy is out to destroy the witness. They make a run for it!

The next chapter are about them trying to escape the killer boy and his flame-thrower friend. Using Neuro to help from afar, Yako, Godai, and Sasazuka try to escape alive with their connection. Quite a clever way they get out too. XD
Chapter 157- Past

They arrive at the police station for temporary safety. Godai is reminising about Chiboy and how he used to get him out of trouble. The final encounter Godai had with Chiboy invovled him leaving Japan to go with someone. Sasazuka comes back, and they decide to head out to search for papers that may help them in the search. Seems like he wrote his research in code and buried it somewhere in the woods. Of course, they are being followed by Chiboy and Kasai!

It’s been a couple months, but Neuro has finally updated! 152-160 is going to be split into multiple posts.
Chapter 152- Entrust

X is seen here, questioning who he/she/it is. Sicks apparently is going to use him (X) for some purpose (Duh XD ). Tierra has been defeated by Neuro, but at great cost to Neuro’s power. Neuro walks in the office and to Yako’s amazment, Sasazuka knows about Neuro’s power! Looks like Neuro spilled the beans, with a few lies in between such as Yako being the terror! Seems like Sasazuka had an idea, but Neuro clarified it for him. It appears Neuro did this to help increase his chances with defeating the New Bloodline. Yako’s going to be handling everything whilst Neuro recovers his energy. Meanwhile, Godai is at a bar, where a younger boy has fallen prey to a scam by the bartenders. He helps the poor soul out, only to find that it’s a person he knows…….
Chapter 153- Bubble

Neuro can’t move until his power is restored, as such Yako is tries to take advantage of that. And she fails quiet horribly! Ha! Godai is catching up with Chi-boy, reminincing about the past and how he met him. Looks like Chi-boy got in with the wrong crowd and met Godai when his gang was caught in a break-in. And it looks like Chi-boy has a power, maybe he’s part of the new bloodline?
Up and Down….

I need to pay more attention to the markets. But life is getting in the way and the markets keep rallying and collapsing. The Dow is now well under 10,000. The Nikkei (Tokyo Stock Market) falling yesterday by more than 11%. Other loses include: South Korea (Down 9.25%), Hong Kong (Down 4.8%), Australia (Down 6.7%) and India (Down 4%).

Rallies of over 100 points of the Dow should be exceptional, not the norm. Moving up 100+ points and then falling 100+ points indicate widespread uncertainty. And rallies/falls over a few bits of news is a lot worse.
Dow on Monday: Up 936
Dow on Wednesday: Down 733
Maybe it is time to suspend trading when falls are more than 5% or so. And with 300+ point moves looking like they are going to stay it may be time to just halt trading for a day or so. Time for a breather.
New Bacterium Found

A new bacterium has been discovered deep (1.74miles) in the Mponeng mine (Gold mine.) The creature has been found to need only water, hydrogen, and sulphate to survive. Even more interesting is that it is the only creature to be found in its unique ecosystem. Scientists are using this bacteria as an example of what extraterrestial life may be like if we ever find it. (Lacking oxygen, the lifeform will use other chemicals for energy. ) Quite the survivor no? XD
Feeling Lost?

Everyone has had a bad day and can’t remember where their keys are at or something similar. Though, it has been shown recently that there is a woman who lacks the typical naviagation skills that most people learn. The “mental map” of her surroundings is not there and she can’t find her way around that easily if at all. What makes this case interesting is that other than this disability, she’s perfectly fine. There’s no apparent brain damage.
I’m poor at directions but, I was grateful that I am able to find my way after reading this. I do have my coping strategy when I am in an unfamiliar environment, and it is don’t get lost and stay on the same road.
