I’ve been wanting Kimchi for about oh give or take 3 weeks now. I’m also in that strange hour of 9-10 pm when I have no idea what to do. So a list of foods I want to eat/try!
1.) Fugu- A Japanese dish that involves the prepared meat of pufferfish. Fugu can only be legally prepared/sold by licensed professionals, so I think it’s safe to eat!

2.) Kimchi- Preferrably raw, but I’ll take it in a soup! Fermented cabbage at it’s best! ^^ Just part of my love of cabbage!

3.) Italian pizza- Haven’t had this since 2000, the best pizza is thick with lots of sauce with some blobs of cheese! But I’ve seen it thick and Super (Really, really) thin. Somewhat like the the picture:

4.) Last but not least: Snails (From the sea!)- Aka Escargo, always good to eat! I never needed a tong to eat it.

I’m feeling political today. Just am. So some facts that may or may not be well-known:
1- Statement: The US is the largest greenhouse gas producer of CO2, therefore……yada yada
Answer: China is now held to be the largest greenhouse gas producer. NOT the US. We’re #2. Yeah for us!

2- Statement: Republicans are war-mongers. And other related issues
Answer: My favorite one to point out! ^^ WW1- President Wilson, WW2- Franklin, Korean War- Truman, Vietnam I’ll skip cause I don’t know much about; for Clinton- Yugoslavia {Kosovo} (1999) and Somalia. So that would mean Bush is a rarity in “conservatives” being war-mongers.
3- Statement: The in ‘02-03 recession was Bush’s fault.
Answer: It started during Clinton’s term. 3rd Q of ‘00; 1st Q of ‘01 and 3rd Q of ‘01. Most commonly it’s said to have started in March of 2000.

4- Statement: Oil is too high so we have to find a solution! But not those! (Drilling, Coal, Nuclear, etc)
Answer: Too bad. I say for every person that opposes finding new resources should pay for other people’s gas until a solution is found.

That’s a good bit of oil there! And couple it with sythetic oil from coal (America does have the largest proven coal reserves in the world) you’d get dependence reduced!

Burned out of politics for now………
