I saw 2 episodes (About 7 minutes each.) It centers on the characters living in a alley full of junk, a bit surreal and very well looney. No diaglouge, just like sound effects and gasps. It is funny! So far each episode is about what Stain finds (An object) and it comes to life with some interesting consquences.

Looking around on that strange site and ran across a clip of a Japanese show that teaches English to kids (Let’s Play in English):
